Dave Treacy is a natural entertainer and has been DJing for over thirteen years. His love for music started at the age of six and not long after, Dave discovered his love of entertaining others with Music. Making 'mixtapes' by recording songs from radio and hosting school discos at thirteen has now developed into Dave's successful DJ career. 

 

Dave has played at clubs and events in the UK, USA, Ayia Napa, Cyprus, Ibiza and Spain as well as some of the top night clubs in Ireland including: RedBox (Tripod), Pod, Lillies Bordello, Tivoli, Velvet, Traffic, AKA (Wilde). 

Whilst Dave has performed at many clubs and events, he has also played alongside some of the world’s finest DJ’s including: Kevin Saunderson, DJ Lottie, Smokin Joe, Joe T Vanelli, Tim Deluxe and many more. 

 

Being involved on the Irish club scene has also lead Dave to getting involved in radio with guest appearances on RTE 2FM and FM104 and hosting a drive-time show on Dublin’s Nova 94.7 FM from 2002 – 2005. After building up a strong radio presence Dave moved to entertaining a nationwide and global digital audience via RTE Pulse where he hosts and produces WeLoveBeats every Saturday between 6.00pm – 8.00pm GMT www.rte.ie/pulse - #WeLoveBeats 

 

Dave has always shown love to Irish artists in giving airplay and awareness to whats going on and in supporting the scene here, and for that has gained great respect from both artists and colleauges here and abroad.
